Good morning Tony. You could always ask BSI. They will produce you a list, for a fee, of all PPE Standards that you wish to know about - including all EN Standards, ISO, ANSI, and any other world area.

Yes, the list was published in 2002 -to my knowledge, it is the only "free" comprehensive one.
The circular clearly states that:-
Updates
9 Standards are constantly under review, and new Standards issued. The information in this document is believed to be correct at the time of issue, but updates will be necessary. The intention is to revise and reissue the list annually.

One can always register on the BSI website and carry our searches on its standards website using certain keywords.
In that respect, ANY list will become out of date as standards are either amended, revised or new ones published.
