Posted By Kevin Douglas I am currently amending our risk management system in line with recent legislative amendments and instead of 're-inventing the wheel' I wondered if anyone had a specific Work at Height Risk Assessment form already designed, in use and workable. Thanks to anyone who can send me a copy of their forms. Kevin.

Posted By Frank Hallett Hi Kevin This topic has been discussed extensively in this forum recently; both in general and for specific situations. If you re-visit those threads and then come back with a more precise idea of what activities in what environment I'm sure that someone will be able to help you. Frank Hallett

Posted By steve e ashton If you are amending your system purely to take account of the recent Work at Height regulations - then you don't actually need a new specific risk assessment form. These regs require you to have regard to the risk assessment undertaken in compliance with the Management etc regs. You may need to review and amend the risk assessment pro-forma you use for the Management Regs assessment to ensure that work at height is considered and factored in to that assessment - but you don't need yet another piece of paper headed 'risk assessment'. In this at least, the WAH regs seem to to be sensible. Steve
