I am looking for training companies that deliver courses in dealing with violent and aggressive behaviour. Either national companies or individual companies that cover East Anglia, London and Essex, Luton and Bedford, Liverpool, Birmingham and the North East of England. If anyone has details I would be most grateful.

Try discussing with your local Jobcentre Plus office, you have to have undergone training in Potentially Violent Persons [PVP] and handling difficult situations before you are allowed to work face to face with clients... they may be able to put you in touch with a training provider.
