Posted By Simon Hatson Dear All, As a part of my review into our Working at Height operations on our sites, I identified that one of our major flaws is that the inspections of our Cherry Picker & Scissor Lifts are not being properly documented prior to use. I have tried without success to source a standard proforma for these inspections and was hoping someone could point me in the direction of such a document, or a supplier of such a document as I am keen to implement this ASAP. I would be very grateful for any advice or assistance anyone could offer me in this area. Kindest regards, Simon Hatson.

Posted By Bill Fisher Simon With this type of equipment you really should steer away from generic inspection forms as weach machine could have a different requirement. My advice is that you contact the manufacturers or get hold of the operations book for each - they will list requirements. Regards Bill
