Hello all,
What I mean is the little "trains" with detachable carriages that you would see at the docks that take people's luggage to the boat. They are also used in factories to transport materials.
If you use these "trains" - what training have you put the drivers through?

Karen, I know that this isn't what you really want; but! - You must devise and provide a training scheme that will make them acceptably competent for the functions and job that the drivers are required to undertake.
