Posted By Jason McQueen Morning All, Im currently reviewing out companies Fork Truck risk assessment pro forma and was wondering if anyone had any examples I could check ours against for improvement / things missing etc or just general pointers. In relation to the thread from the other day, this is not for any commercial activity or training use. Purely to try and improve on what we already have. Thanks.
