Posted By Shelagh O'Sullivan My company's Quality Assurance dept is designing an electronic form to control and notify process changes/deviations(planned & unplanned). As H&S Officer I have been allocated the equivalent of an A4 sheet to design a summary for H&S assessment/actions etc. and approve the H&S aspects of the change. Does anyone use anything similar that I could look at for inspiration? Thanks in advance. Shelagh

Posted By Derek Holt Have just finished a revised change control procedure. The form can be used generically for any process and any change, just change the sign off authorities. Copy sent direct.
