Ladies & Gents
l have been putting together a Policy on the control of Legionella within our business. Although after researching many options for the format for a Risk Assessment & Checklist for this policy l have hit a brick wall. l would like a Risk Assessment / Checklist which when completed identifies the requirement of certain control measures a manager can complete him / herself or the requirement to call for a specialist to assess the water system for him / her. Any suggestions or examples that work ?

I can only suggest that you engage the services of a specialist consultant to undertake the initial risk assessment of your water storage systems and associated pipework/ down services.
His report will identify controls that need to be put into place.
I can recommend a company named Programmed Environmental Services whose number is 01924 270821
Speak to Micheal Aspin or Kevin Kelly.
