Posted By Robert S Woods Smurfer, Tried that one but they won't cough up. If we train you you'll go elsewhere for more money. Does anyone work for a company that provides training without a fight. I know some companies (like mine) have the attitude that if you get more skills you'll leave. But I think for a lot of us in this and some other professions the fact that an employer is willing to invest in training you is almost as important as the salary. For me it would be one of the major reasons for staying with a company. Anyone else like to comment on this? Bob
