I am in the process of introducing a loneworker tracking system for all our lone workers. We are going to run a 12week pilot to begin with.I am asking if there is someone out there who has implemented a similar procedure and has written some guidance that they can kindly send to me to look at or if anyone can point me to a website that might give me a few ideas.

There has been some recent discussion in this Forum on this and similar topics.

You may also want to check out www.cfsms.nhs.uk who have done work on lone working within the NHS. There is quite a useful pilot study on their site which may be helpful to sectors outside the NHS.

Thanks guys for all your responses sent to the forum and some directly to my e-mail address. The information has been really useful. We are hoping to start the pilot in a couple of weeks time and if anyone is interested in the progress of it all please feel free to e-mail me directly
