Posted By paul32 hello, new house buliding is not my speciality so i am truning to the forum for advice. With the new WAH regs in place, how does one come up with the soultion of putlog hole filling that would comply with the regs. Obviously this can only be done once the scaffold is down, also on most new builds space is tight between plots. Any advice please.

Posted By John Beadle Plan in a staged reduction of the scaffolding so that the highest ones can be filled from a platform below, the lowest ones (normally about 2 metres high) will be able to be reached from a suitable step laddder. John

Posted By Chris Pope Around here most builders have abandoned putlog scaffold. With some scaffolders standard of work being so poor it shows more on putlog scaffold !
