A few months back I read an interesting article in an inflight journal regarding a novel road safety campaign somewhere in the Himalayas. The campaign had signs with witty slogans like "divorce speed {can't remember the rest}....". Does anybody know anything about these or a web resource where I can find more info? As I say, perhaps a little bit of a long shot....!
