Posted By Joe Ridley Hi there, I would like to know where you can get access or copies of court cases/decisions in health and safety that are frequently referenced in safety literature or similar publications. I am aware that some of the more up to date decisions can be found in journals etc, but what of some of the decisions from anything up to 50 or so years ago? Cheers Joe

Posted By Paul Phillips Try www.askjeeves.co.uk, if you know the name of the case put it in, you will get referred to several web sites that can give you some info, also links to google and yahoo for the same stuff
