What Im looking for is something which would allow the company to reasonably claim that the training would help bring the individuals towards 'competent person' status. Therefore Im looking for a more indepth course than a general overview. I know that training cant replace experience but I want to start off with the best training.

Posted By Richard Altoft We have carried out tailor made and very interactive RA training for a lot of companies and this works out far more effective and cheaper than sending several people off onto courses given by someone who does not understand your people and your business.
