Posted By Paul Crewdson Hi All I work in a warehouse where we have 4 "man-up" narrow aisle vehicles in operation. I would like to know if anyone has set up any procedures or plans for escape and rescue from these vehicles and could help me as i am trying to write ours. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Paul

Posted By Martin Hartland Hi Paul These trucks are usually either fitted with an abseiling kit for the operator to use, or a valve in the hydraulics that can be opened to gently release the hydraulic pressure and lower the cab to the ground, or both. The truck supplier or manufacturer should be able to provide you with instructions and training on these systems. These should give you the basis for your procedures. Regards Martin
