Posted By Antony McManus can anyone point me in the direction of a reputable law firm who have H & S experience? I'm looking at a civil claim and don't fancy 'Claims Direct' etc., as I probably have more H & S knowledge than them. Any help is appreciated

Posted By peter gotch Tony Are you looking at this on the basis of the claimant or the defender [usually insured]. If the latter, your insurance company will probably wish to select solicitors. Solicitors who are good on H&S are fairly few and far between. If you email with a phone number I could give you a recommendation. Regards, Peter

Posted By Gilly Margrave Assuming you are looking for someone to assist a claimant in a PI case three of the biggies are Thompsons; Irwin Mitchell; and Graysons. You can find them at: http://www.thompsons.law.co.uk http://www.irwinmitchell.com http://www.graysons.co.uk There is often a misconception that these firms work exclusively for the Trade Unions but it is more a case of the TUs using them because they are very good PI firms.
