I have been asked to put together a programme to increase the perception of our employees, approximately 450 direct employees, 150 contractors and 90 agency (monthly dependant). We work within the facilities management sector including construction.
The focus is on increasing the awareness of HSE apsects and changing the existant culture. The idea is to start off with a roadshow and develop a progressive 12 week programme employee/contractors etc to attend.
I know this is an increasing topic of interest with the HSE industry and I am hoping to gain knowledge/presentations/comments/questionaires from others members and gain a view of other peoples experiences in implementing a behavioural safety programme.
My non-corporate email is RickBrowne26@yahoo.com for files/questionaires/presentations etc.
Thank you
Rick

LOL,
KB "a day without cynicism, is like a day without sunshine". Although you won't find it as a control measure, it is one of my most reliable risk management tools! (That and paranoia)

Gordon, BBS can well be the root of all evil especially when managers think it is gods answer to dangerous employees. Otherwise, it can be lots of fun.
With you on the cynicism and paranoia though. Should be taught for NEBOSH
