Posted By gburgess Afternoon all. I have been asked to conduct a CDM compliance audit asap. We act as each role under CDM at different times and even as every role on some projects. Would any of you have done something similar to this in the past and would you be willing to share either pro forms or how you undertook the process etc. I only have a week to do this so any help would be greatky appreciated to save me reinventing the wheel. Posted By Smiff Do you know why you've been asked to do this? It sounds like it's not a routine thing, perhaps talk to the requestor to find out what they're trying do find out. Is your organisation's compliance to CDM in doubt? In terms of a proforma, I'd just copy the code of practice, which is the thing we have to comply with, and highlight the requirements, and go out and see if you can find evidence of compliance or otherwise.
