Posted By Barry Pearce I am dealing with an issue at the moment that includes the working hours and health and safety of chauffeurs. The company employs 6 chauffeurs who can start work at 5am and although not driving all day may finish work in the early hours. We want to present the issues to the board and recommend practical solutions and a robust policy. I know the matter is relatively straight forward but if anyone has had dealings with this before could you let me know how you dealt with it. We have a policy for company car drivers but I suspect that this issue is more to do with the working hours and the implication on safety. Your views would be appreciated.
