Posted By Sue Powell I am checking contractor competency for a client and a particular contractor is based in Jersey. They will only be working in Jersey but are telling me that CDM and some other regulations are different and they don't have to be Corgi registered as in the UK but follow Corgi guidelines instead. Has anybody any experience of Jersey health and safety law and how it relates to UK law? If anyone can help it would be appreciated. brcsue@aol.com Regards Sue
