Posted By Dave Skipsey Hi I caught the back end of a report on 5 live yesterday re an inquiry into a murder at asheltered accomodation unit in Newcastle, the finding of the inquiry although aparently not blaming any organitations pointed at failures in sharing of information on the tenent who commited the murder, thats about all I caught. I have searched news sites plus HSE but can't find any info on this inquiry. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks in anticipation.
