I've heard there may be a requirement coming into force that will require company car drivers to carry safey equipment, but can't find any detail.
Any information you have would be appreciated.

what safety equipment?
all ours cars have mobile phones, first aid kits, disposible camera, break down cover
cars are also provided with procedures for break downs, adverse weather conditions, accidents and not forgetting covered by risk assessment
