Posted By lindyloo Hi, i would be grateful if someone could tell me if a Grade 1 latex allergy is the same as type 1 and if grade 2 is the same as type 1V.All the literature i have read on this subject has not clarified this for me. thank you L

Posted By Adrian Watson No they're not a type I & type IV reaction are different reactions by the immune system, whilst Grade 1 & Grade 2 are degrees of severity. Regards Adrian Watson
