Does anybody have any idea if there is a formal definition for this phrase - I remember reading 'around' it in guidance somewhere, but I can't remember where!

from the management regs. Reg.3 6) Where the employer employs five or more employees, he shall record - (a) the significant findings of the assessment
Note the term is findings, rather than risk. Significant is anything that is important or considerable. Findings are what has been discovered in the process of assessing the work operation.
