If you are looking for information about Hazop methodology, etc, a good site is Institution of Chemical Engineers, their Safety & Loss Prevention Group have a range of information at http://www.icheme.org/en...Frameset.asp?AreaID=184.
If you are looking for a contractor to lead and record Hazops for you, or to train others to do that, a Google search for "Hazop" will give you some commercial contacts.
