Posted By Jim Gardner Guys and Galls is there anyone out there who has found the holy grail of safety culture questionaires. As the big bad boss has given me the quest!! so if anyone knows of a good source of information please take pity and put me out of my misery all help is greatfully recieved

The HSE designed a Safety Climate Tool to measure the prevailing safety culture details can be found at: www.hse.gov.uk/research/otopdf/1999/oto99063.pdf I will email you direct an article I wrote for general publication regarding designing a bespoke safety climate survey which may be more useful for your purpose.
