Posted By Mick Yeomans After checking all the legislation and guidance documentation I have they all indicate that the minimum width of an escape route is 750mm. However I seem to remember reading somewhere the minimum width being 600mm (this is the minimum width of a working platform). I am relating this to construction work. Is the minimum width 750mm or 600mm? Any comments will be appreciated.
