Posted By Pamela Marshall We choose from the following - we can also add to as required. Previous Minutes – are they accurate? Update on Actions arising from Previous Minutes –this is an update only and not to ‘reinvent the wheel’ by discussing the item again. Accidents and Incidents Safety Inspections Risk Assessments (Progress, Findings and Actions) Audits Position statements from any sub-groups Information (including changes) from legislation, HSE, Unions, Employees or Industry bodies. New plant, equipment or processes. Training AOCB – any item to be discussed should be on the agenda. This is only to be used for items that have come up as an ‘emergency’. Ask people how they thought the meeting went. Agreement of Actions (i.e. minute taker reads out the actions agreed). Hope this helps Pamela
