Posted By Jane Watts Rospa talk about incorporating the following topics in their audit systems.. Occupational road risk Violence at work behavioural safety Patient Handling Does anyone have any examples of the types of questions which would be listed under these topics? I'm quite keen to use some of these titles in an audit, but am not sure where to start with the questions. Thanks in advance

Posted By Kieran J Duignan Jane The standard process of risk assessment can yield appropriate audit questions: for the audit should be able to establish that reliable, valid methods are used to identify hazards, the people at risk, the degree of risk and the controls in place to manage them. Steve Pheasant's ergonomic guide to health and safety at work, 'Ergonomics, Work and Health', Macmillan, 1991, can help if you don't find that the HSC Management of Health and Safety at Work Regs 1999, and the associated code of practice, provide sufficient guidance.
