I'm trying to find a rescue winch/tripod that is less than c1.5m high. Has anyone go tone/know of a supplier?
Al.

Have seen very low rescue winch tripods being used by cave and mountain rescue teams - sorry I cannot help greatly but cave and mountain rescue may be place to start.

Hi AL,
Try the Coastguard they use small winches and tripods, their Training Centre at Highcliffe Dorset may be able to help, it is on Steamer point. They are now known as the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
