Posted By Brian Kane Can someone please point me in the right direction of how to find a copy of the near miss/ fatality triangle. With the fatality at the top and near misses at the bottom. Thanks

Posted By Jerry Lucey Brian, The three accident/ near miss triangles I have come across are Heinrich, Bird and Tye/ Pearson. Heinrich's seems to be the more advanced.
