hello
can anyone help? i have been given the task of putting together occupational risk assessments for people who are susceptible i.e. who have hearing problems, HAV's etc.
Has anyone been involved in doing these in the past and can help?

I can see two clear issues. Firstly could the existing condition be made worse by the job and secondly does the condition put them at further risk (e.g. if there is a hearing problem are they at greater risk from vehicles)?

For the first possiblity it would make sense to consult occupational health professionals. For the second you need to consider the job and the environment and consider how the condition in quastion affects the employee.
