I’ve been tasked with creating a H&S system for benchmarking and rewarding the Mechanical and Electrical sub contractors we use on a daily basis.

As you may imagine some contractors are more focused on H&S than others, and to encourage a healthy competitive edge to improving H&S amongst the various sites we work on (construction industry mainly, working for the main contractor) I need to develop a workable and usable system.

If you have a system that works for you, something basic, straightforward and visual, maybe a Yes and No or 1-10 marking scheme and a traffic light indicator – I would really appreciate sharing the information with you.
