Are you looking for an inspection checklist or just general advice?

Not really advice more along the lines of:

"Dont leave filing cabinets open"
"Dont stand on chair"

etc etc

If you get what I mean.

Im trying to put together a H&S manual and Office Safety is one part im struggling with. Its mainly an overview of the do's and dont's aimed at both employees and employers.

Have you seen 'Officewise' (INDG173) from HSE?

One that mind sound barking but havce seen it at many offices is the area in front of fire escapes being used to store photocopier paper, have found it to be more common where the fire escape door is a stub off a main corridor, it's often seen as an extra cubby hole.
