Any of you had experiences with companies who produce lots of waste paper (from offices), which is bagged up and collected periodically? For example the task of collecting 200 bags a week across multiple locations?

I am particiuarly interested in systems which have been put in place to reduce repetition.

We bag paper of this nature up. It is stored outside near to the skip.
Apporximately every 3 months i borrow a small van fill it up with the bags abd drive about 30 miles round trip. Drop the bags off. They get weighed at the recycle plant.
It save sus fuilling the skip up with this waste and looks good on our environment policy.

While I completely agree with the sentiment, we should all try to recycle when ever we can not prevent waste, BUT, I think that you need to be registered as a waste carrier to collect up recycling, worse still if one site is the collection point should this not a registered as a waste transfer site?

well we can't store outside near skip as some waste is confidential, so it gets stored in/near the office.

We're talking about collecting 200 bags (+/-) on a weekly basis from multiple locations. So lots of repetition of the task, twisting/lifting etc.
