as i have recently passed the Nebosh Gen CERT. my wife expects me to know all the answers (sheesh) how ever i genraly work in male environments. So with no hesitation i down loaded as mush info on the new & expectant mothers at work (NEMAT) how ever the one bit of information i was looking for was not there. Basicly IF a pregnant woman has a history of mis-carrage and and iron difitiancy and needs to eat little and often as a diatry condition does the employer need to consider extended breaks. if they work a 7 hour shift with a payed 30min lunch break. what would be considered a reasonable break periods.

Hi Lee

May I suggest that you re-read L21 - MHSW - and in particular to Reg 18 and the accompanying ACoP thoroughly? The answers are there.
