I have been asked to present a business case for my proposals for several pieces of H&S upgrades.
I recently read of a cost benefit analysis in SHP but cannot now find it(typical)

Does anyone have a pro-form to hand that I can adapt/adopt for this purpose.?

the fact is how can you really prove the cost benefit to an organisation that is low risk/low accident, incident in the first place?

nothing new there then!

You have in essence completed your business case, as you have intimated it does not stack up and would not get approval, and I think you know that.

In H&S Terms this is a classic as 'reasonably practicable' = cost of implementation against the benefit in risk reduction = 'there isn't any'= No need to do!
