Occupational Health Professional body. who are they?

IOSH is the recognised lead body/association for health and safety practitioners though in past years it has leant more towards the safety side of things.
Personally I have alays been pro-active on the "in-house" occupational health matters and have had positive results in reducing severity of general aches/pains.
Our HR department company is about to change to another abscence monitoring/occupational health provider and I have some questions that I wish to pose to them.
One of which is how they quantify the competency of their OH professionals
Is there a sister/brother lead body/association for Occupational Health practioners/doctors/nurses.
I would expect people within the provider company to belong to this
If so can somebody tell me who they are and direct me to website
thanks
Mike
