Posted By Wazza Does anyone have a template, which I could utilise for my own use, to give our engineers a point of work assessment base, for assessing the jobs they have been tasked. As well as any ideas on layout etc., it needs to be user friendly and simple. Additionally, does anyone have a method statement template which I could use, as again, a number of contractors are coming in with jobs and I would like them to offer some guidance on how they are going to do it, and importantly, do it safety. Thanks in anticipation. Warren

Posted By Wazza Thanks for that, but didn't find it overly suitable, though there are some decent bits on there. Regards Warren

Posted By Frank Hallett Have a trawl through the SHP and other safety publications Wazza. There are loads of proprietary programmes for all needs advertised there. Of course, you will have to arrange trials to find the most suitable; and may even need to get the vendor to adjust it to your requirements before you actually have to pay for it. Presumably you will already have the competence to vet the provided samples for suitability? If not, please feel able to contact me direct [click on my name to get email address]. Frank Hallett
