Posted By paul debney I have installed key personnel from the workforce to perform Health and Safety functions at our workplace. These are;
first aiders fire marshalls employee safety rep (the employees chose a rep themselves, we are non unionised).
As an incentive I would like to recommend to the board that these people are paid a weekly amount for carrying out these functions. Do members employ such schemes as I would like an idea of how much to pay these people for doing these important jobs?
