I would be interested in attending / joining a health & safety group in the East Midlands. My work take me across the eastern counties and happy to travel.

Michelle,
Very interested to know more. My duties take me to Bury St, Lowestoft, Yarmouth, Ipswich and I would like contacts out that way.
Regards
Andrew

As well as IOSH Branches there are a number of local Health & Safety groups linked to RoSPA.
The recently launched Safety Groups UK helps to collate data and keep information circulating to over 80 such groups. To find out about the activities in any area of the country including the Channel Islands and IOW go to www.safetygroupsuk.org.uk -home page - find your local safety group-click map area of interest - then you will see all the groups contact details in that area.
For East Anglia there are 8 groups. Best of luck, and enjoy a local meeting - you dont have to be a member to attend but it is better to check up that the event is running at the time and place stated.

Well I can recommend the Suffolk and North Essex Occupational Safety Group (SNEOSG) of which I am a member, best of all we meet in Ipswich.
You can find us at www.sneogs.org.uk which has contact details etc. While I'm here I better plug the seminar the group have arrange on the 28th of March to celebrate their 60th Year.
The seminar is titled H & S Priorities for 2006 and is in association with the HSE.

Perhaps you have the last two letters of the address the wrong way around?
