Posted By gham Apart from anyone working on a football stadium construction site somewhere in North London is this common? I believe it may necessary in some isolated cases but what about fully qualified time served trades persons. Thoughts? Before anyone says it I know site rules are site rules but I think this might be a bit OTT

Posted By Fiona Cowan Not sure what in English law but under Scots' Law a "Young person" is 16-18 yo and individual RA would be required to establish any additional measures which might be required to halp ensure the safety of said young person. Fiona

Posted By Philip McAleenan Gham, Be aware that when assessing hazardous substances, young people, i.e. those with youth on their side, are much more susceptible to exposures to some chemicals. Their bodies, including skin etc. are still maturing and legal definitions of “16-18 years” are immaterial here. Young people even into their twenties are more likely to suffer harm that those of us of a maturer age with thicker skins appreciate. Philip
