Posted By Howard Looking at purchasing a couple of videos to supplement current fire awareness training for office staff. Trawling through the forums it appears that front room fire 2 is one of the choices. I am also looking for something which shows the different fire extinguishers being discharged. Before this starts a debate, our stance is that staff should not tackle fires, it will be purely for awareness. Any one recommend a short video?? Our nominated fire marshals will recieve hands on training with extinguishers. Regards h

Posted By Chris Pope I would never show videos of the different extinguishers. If they want to use them they have to handle them. There are two I really do get some good feedback on though Fawlty Towers fire drill and a thing that has been on the box a few times showing a security camera film of an arson attack as it develops in an off licence. Jo public is not put in a good light, some amatuer heroics, and actual footage of an opportunist who steals a couple of bottles shortly before flashover. I'm sorry my copy is too rough to lend, hopefully someone on the site might have it in digital form to help you out.

Posted By TBC If you go to this site you can preview some videos free. http://www.thefpa.co.uk/...oduct+Categories/Videos/ Just click on preview and download the High (Large file) it gives a good idea of the content. If you decide to buy - the cost is shown - very reasonable. Enjoy
