Posted By Chris Packham At the risk of being a spoil-sport, my experience has been that showing too horrific a picture has a negative effect. Participants simply switch off as they find it too unpleasant. (Actually, I did have one person who quietly slipped under the table and had to be revived!) So I try to keep mine to a level where they illustrate what can happen but do not actually turn the audience off.
