Posted By Steven Has anyone had any issues with producing their own photoluminescent directional fire exit signs using a “do it yourself” type printer? Don’t want to offend the maker and not sure if I can name them anyway!!!! I have heard that the photoluminescent labelling material does not last very long, deteriorates and looses its luminescent capabilities after a period of time. What is the British Standard for photo luminescent fire exit signs, or can someone point me in the right direction as to where can I find them? Many thanks Steve

I apologies if for not making the situation clear, I have the use of a safety sign printing machine and it would make economical sense (cost) to purchase photo-luminous labelling material than buying ready made signs. I have heard that the labelling material is not that good, therefore has anyone had experience of said photo-luminous labelling material? And yes they do need to be photo-luminous; why, where, how is not the issue. Steve
