Posted By Matt Wilcock Has anyone ever written a work instruction on this subject. Meaning a 2 page statement on what you are legally required to do. Is there any guidance? Any help would be appreciated.

Posted By Lynne Ratcliffe There is guidance in LOLER as to what needs to be inspected. But i would ask my insurers for their guidance and then cannibalise - why re-invent the wheel?
