Posted By Dave West I have to agree, Think we will be heading for dodgy ground if risk assessments come into the copy and paste culture. (not saying that you are) I was asked for a risk assessment to copy but refused but offered my advice after it had been carried out. Carrying out a risk assessment improves the ability to spot hazards and that is what should be promoted.
