I am currently undertaking a project within our global business to review our current audit system.
One of our first steps is for us to compare what other plc Companies are currently using.
If there is anyone who would be prepared to share an example of a good H&S systems management audit, then that would be very useful.
I would be happy to share our current system in response.
If anyone has expereince of using an IT platform for their system which tracks trends of an audit I would also be interested to hear from you.

Nigel,
we have an on-line audit system. Can't send it tonight. I'm in another blinking (OK moderators ?) hotel. Back to the office tomorrow.
BUT send me an e-mail to remind me. I've had my one whisKY to allow me to crash (similar to a computer crash where everything shuts down untill you can re-boot. usually takes about half-an-hour)
Then I'm off to the restaurant (Room service menu offers Terrine d'oie à la moutarde à l'ancienne, Pièce de rumsteak au bleu d'auvergne, assiette de fromages, Ile flottante) Nah. Have to see if the restaurant can do better than that.
Merv. nakerypood again after a planned-for 1-hour sales presentation took nearly three hours. Actually that's usually a good sign.
