Posted By Merv Newman "similar rules" Quite right Ray, but there are, unfortunately a lot of nuances. EU rules are interpreted differently, and at different speeds, by different countries. UK seems to be "instant" and "gold plated". France, Spain, Germany etc. will vary I would seriously recommend that you need a local contact. Not necessarily us, but we can do for France, (midi accent no problem) Belgium (both languages), Switzerland (three of four languages), Holland (even Fresian), Germany and Italy.
