Posted By sde Can anybody confirm if it is a legal requirement to identify products with there weight or is this just good practice to do so? Our products range from 2kg to 45kg. Thanks in anticipation. sde

Posted By warderic Its a legal responsibility to pass on any health and safety information regarding a product to the end user, this will include the weight of the goods/box etc if they are reasonably heavy. However, its not the HSE that would normally pick up on this, but a solicitor pursuing a claim.
